Yoon's Graduation

Yoon Katherine Morley-Kim's middle school graduation ceremony is this morning! Follow along as she thinks about what's next for her. This tiny, top-down game was made for the Trans Game Dev 2022 game jam, with the theme "growth"!

It was mainly an exercise in environment creation, and still has a couple small issues. There shouldn't be anything that majorly interferes with the intended experience. Eventually, I do plan to resolve these!

KNOWN ISSUES:

• Some silly-looking collision and depth-sorting issues
• Unintended fading effect on sprites during room transitions
• A few sprites are not totally colored inside the lines.
• No background music, few sound effects
• No mac or linux builds yet

CONTROLS:

• Arrow keys to move
• Space to interact with people and objects
• Enter to advance text

This game is very tiny and takes 5-10 minutes to play, depending on how much time you take absorbing the vibes and exploring.
